Numbers: With a simple counting theme, Orla Kiely's iconic motifs are enhanced by high spec finishes and stunning design in this beautiful new board book range.

Colours: Eye-catching colours are enriched by Orla Kiely's beautiful and iconic motifs, with high spec finishes and fabulous design. The second in the range of stunning new board books for babies.

Nayuleska's thoughts on both
Both books are attractive to the reader, with continuation of the same themes in each book by using identical objects and colours to help secure the concepts of colours and numbers in a child's mind.

Nayuleska's thoughts on Numbers
The book layout is similar to Colours, with one page full of lots of objects and the name of the colour, then the other page has a large image of the object with the object's name.

Nayuleska's thoughts on Colours

The layout of the book is one page full of lots of objects and the name of the colour, then the other has a large image of the object with the name of the object. It's really durable, definitely going to last being pulled apart and sucked upon by readers.

Nayuleska's favourite part
I think it was in Colours rather than Numbers (the books have gone to a good home), but there was a purple house with a flower in the middle just like Flora's Enchantix fairy bottle! (Totally cool in my view, although I'm pretty sure most readers wouldn't know about Winx....)

(Couldn't find a picture of that particular page in the book, but here's the Winx version)

I give this 9/10 - I'm possibly being a bit fussy, but the colours weren't quite my favourite shade.

Suggested read
For another sweet counting book, try Three Little Mermaids by Mana Van Fleet (Yes I prefer the colours used here)
