Summary from Harper Collins
The first book in a great new series all about Ruff. Meet Ruff the dog and his friends, and join in all their adventures!

Ruff is a very busy dog. Busy but all alone. Until one day his garden comes alive with new friends. The first adventure of this charming new character is alive with fun and the joys of friendship.

Nayuleska's thoughts
I love this book! Ruff is a cute character, but the friends he makes are entertaining. Hubble the mouse is adorable as he waits for Ruff ro help him, and Lottie is a drama queen duck, or perhaps a diva. Her melodramatic reaction to everything that happens had me giggling away. Ruff is able, with a little thinking, to solve all the problems that affect his day.  I liked the mottled effect in the background on each page. I'm eager to see if they will star in Ruff's next book!
