Summary from Barrington Stoke
When Morgan is sent to her aunt's ranch in the Rockies for the summer, the plan was to give her some space from the problems at home. But she didn't expect to enjoy ranch life as much as she does.

Morgan doesn't know much about horses, but she's more comfortable around them than people. Then she stumbles upon Bright Star, a terrified wild pony, and she knows that there is something extra special about this horse. Can Morgan tame her wild spirit?

Nayuleska's thoughts
This book is a real weepie. Morgan is going through a super tough time, which has made her uncaring about the world. Her aunt’s mysterious horse which is wild and unable to be tamed catches Morgan’s interest. It makes her care about something else. Almost against her will she ends up riding, which is a good thing as she becomes determined to coax her aunt’s horse back before she leaves, a feat everyone thinks is impossible. All I will say to that is 'Ha!'. I promise the ending is happy one, although you wouldn’t have thoughts so by the way I cried. A truly beautiful read.
