Cover Reveal: A Whisper of Wolves by Kris Humphrey (Children's, 9 years +)

Nope, this isn't the cover image!!
Nayu here! Yes, you'll have to wait until I finish yakking to see the cover reveal for this awesome book which I've read, loved, and will be part of the book's blog tour in February! I'm super excited because there is so much crammed into this relatively short read, which is far from lacking in excitement. Be warned, you will need tissues! I did. ^o^

Here is the cover which hints a little at what's in store for Alice and her wolf companion Storm. There's even a princess involved! That's all I'm saying until it's time for the review ^o^. I'll include the book blurb below the cover reveal.

Heehee - this isn't the cover image either, but I think this girl's adorable with her wolf companion!

Ta da! I got a white feather with the ARC, but sadly no animal companion. Sigh.
Summary from Little Tiger Press
When a raven drops a white feather at the doorstep on the day of your birth, it is a symbol of your destiny. You are a Whisperer - a guardian of the wild. After many years of peace in the kingdom of Meridina, rumours are spreading of a planned invasion - could the demonic Narlaw be returning from the darklands? It is up to the Whisperers and their animal companions to defend Meridina, protect Princess Ona and stop the Narlaw from destroying their world. When hunters from her village disappear without a trace, Alice suspects that something sinister is at work. With the help of Storm, her wolf companion, Alice fights to save her village. The Narlaw are on the attack and it's up to the Whisperers to stop them...
