Summary from Bloomsbury
Izzy is always shuffling, jiggling, squirming and twitching. She just can't keep still!
So when Izzy's school go on a trip to the zoo, her teacher warns her to behave. She must never wriggle, she must never fidget and she must certainly NEVER TICKLE A TIGER!

Nayu's thoughts
Izzy is a real sweet girl. I loved her clothes and those of her friends. It was fun seeing her unable to sit still, something which some readers will be able to relate to. (I'd just give her a ball of yarn and a crochet hook so she can learn to crochet to keep active!) I have to say I wasn't a figidity child, but I've known some and this book is perfect for them.

Izzy is extremely daring in what she does, which, despite the consequences, she doesn't entirely learn her lesson at the end. Hopefully like minded readers will learn from Izzy's mistakes and not tickle a tiger – no good can ever come of it outside of a book! Plus I'm sure all readers would like their fingers in tact, which is what I thought may happen to Izzy who poked and prodded a fair few animals before the tiger.

Suggested read
Izzy should have read Never Lie on A Lion by Alan James Brown (Children's, Picture book, 10E/10E)
